Disconnect and delete your data

You control Google and Meta access and the retained artifacts created from connected advertising accounts.

1

Disconnect in MarketingLeague

Sign in, open the provider's connection panel, find the connected identity, and choose Disconnect. This immediately removes the encrypted Google or Meta credential and its live account inventory from MarketingLeague.

2

Remove Google access directly

You can independently remove MarketingLeague from Google Account permissions. This is also the fallback if provider-side revocation was unavailable during disconnect.

3

Remove Meta access directly

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select MarketingLeague, and choose Remove. Meta sends MarketingLeague a signed deauthorization callback so the matching connection can be removed even if you did not disconnect it in the dashboard first.

4

Request deletion of retained artifacts

Disconnect does not automatically erase reports, snapshots, monitoring runs, plans, or limited audit metadata. Email privacy@marketingleague.ai from an authorized organization address and identify the organization, provider, connected Google email or Meta user/account ID, and advertising accounts whose retained data should be deleted. Never send an access token or app secret.

5

Use Meta's deletion control

If you request deletion from Meta, Meta sends a signed request to /meta/data-deletion. MarketingLeague verifies Meta's signature, starts the matching deletion workflow, and returns a status URL with a confirmation code. Keep that code for follow-up.

6

Disable public report links

Before or after disconnecting, turn off Public share on any report that should no longer be available by bearer link. Disabling the switch revokes that public URL immediately.

What remains after deletion

Requested customer data is removed from active systems after the request is verified. Limited security, fraud-prevention, and legally required audit metadata may remain without reusable OAuth credentials or report payloads. Residual backup copies age out under the applicable backup schedule and are not used for normal processing.
