Terms of Service

MarketingLeague · Effective date: 10 July 2026

Using MarketingLeague

MarketingLeague is a private advertising operations service for authorized agency teams. You may use it only for organizations and advertising accounts that you are permitted to access and manage. You are responsible for keeping your application account secure and for the accuracy of instructions you give the platform.

Connected services

When you connect Google, Microsoft, Meta, or another provider, you authorize MarketingLeague to access the selected accounts and data according to the permissions shown by that provider. Provider terms and policies continue to apply. You can disconnect a provider at any time; see our disconnection and deletion instructions.

Read, plan, approve, execute

New provider connections are read-only by default. The current Meta connector remains read-only. MarketingLeague may generate findings and proposed plans without changing an advertising account. A supported provider change is made only when the connection permits edits and the applicable validation, approval, execution, budget, and protected-account controls have been satisfied. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, budgets, targeting, claims, creative, and provider policy compliance.

Acceptable use

Data and confidentiality

Our handling of personal data, advertising account data, OAuth credentials, public report links, and user-selected AI clients is described in the Privacy Policy. Each organization must treat customer advertising data and reports as confidential.

Availability and third-party services

The service depends on advertising APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity providers, and user-selected agent clients. Those services may change, throttle, reject, or temporarily interrupt access. MarketingLeague is provided on an evolving private-beta basis without a promise that every provider feature or recommendation will always be available or correct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect customers, comply with law or provider policy, or respond to abuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect providers at any time. On offboarding, an authorized organization representative may request export or deletion of retained customer data.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the private beta evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active organizations. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to info@marketingleague.ai.
