Meta connection control

Delete data connected through Meta

Remove live access immediately, then tell us whether retained reports and derived account data should also be erased.

1

Disconnect from MarketingLeague

Sign in to MarketingLeague, open the Meta connection, and choose Disconnect. The encrypted access token and current Business Portfolio and advertising-account inventory are removed from active platform state.

2

Remove the Facebook integration

Open Facebook Business Integrations settings, select MarketingLeague, and choose Remove. Meta sends a signed deauthorization callback to MarketingLeague so the matching connection is removed.

3

Delete retained account data

Email privacy@marketingleague.ai from your authorized organization address. Include the organization, Meta user or advertising- account ID, and which reports, snapshots, findings, and audit artifacts should be deleted. Do not send an access token.

Meta's automated deletion request

When you use Meta's own data-deletion control, Meta sends a signed request to this URL. MarketingLeague verifies the request with the app secret before it reaches our application, starts deletion for the matching Meta user ID, and returns a status URL and confirmation code. An unsigned or incorrectly signed request is rejected.

For the broader retention policy and Google instructions, see Disconnect and delete your data.
